According to Bitcoin Laws, Hobbs has vetoed 22% of bills presented in 2024 \u2014 the highest rate among U.S. governors this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-other-states-are-moving-too\">Other States Are Moving Too<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arizona isn\u2019t alone in exploring state-level Bitcoin reserves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Texas<\/strong>: The Senate passed SB-21 on March 6 by a 25-5 vote.
