This law sets out strict requirements for stablecoin issuers in the United States, aiming to make the market safer and more transparent. By tailoring USA\u20ae to fit these rules, Tether hopes to provide American institutions and businesses with a trusted, compliant digital dollar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-leadership-and-key-partners\">Leadership and Key Partners<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is being led by Bo Hines, former executive director of the White House Crypto Council, who has been named CEO of Tether USA\u20ae.
