If investors fully subscribe to the offering, the company will secure $300 million in gross proceeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The preferred shares are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BMNP, pending regulatory approval. Investors would receive a fixed annual dividend of 9.5%, with payments scheduled weekly when approved by the board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bitmine said the capital raised will primarily support additional Ethereum purchases.
