Fogo halted its mainnet after the August 29 incident to prevent further movement of the affected assets. The stolen 400 million FOGO represented a significant portion of the token’s circulating supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the time, the project said it had notified centralized exchanges, law enforcement agencies and blockchain security specialists. Exchanges also moved to restrict certain FOGO-related activity as investigators worked to track the stolen funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
