However, a judge had granted an emergency stay on March 28, blocking the deal as the U.S. Department of Justice appealed Voyager&#8217;s bankruptcy plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-disappointment-from-voyager-and-creditors-committee\">Disappointment from Voyager and Creditors Committee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Both Voyager and the Voyager Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors expressed their disappointment with Binance.US&#8217;s decision in tweets preceding the exchange&#8217;s announcement.
