The contracts will be available only to qualified investors, according to the exchange&#8217;s announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-new-crypto-derivatives-target-professional-investors\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Crypto Derivatives Target Professional Investors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contracts will use daily futures with automatic roll over, giving investors exposure to cryptocurrency price movements without requiring delivery of the underlying assets. The products will reference Moscow Exchange indexes for the five digital assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exchange said the new instruments will provide professional market participants with another way to manage exposure to digital-asset prices through its existing trading and settlement infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-key-features-include\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key features include:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP and TRON index exposure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trading begins Sept. 22, 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access restricted to qualified investors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash settlement rather than delivery of cryptocurrencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ruble-based settlement infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-growing-crypto-derivatives-activity\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Growing Crypto Derivatives Activity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch builds on Moscow Exchange&#8217;s existing cryptocurrency derivatives business, which began expanding in 2025. The exchange has reported that more than 72,000 qualified investors have traded its digital-asset derivatives, with cumulative turn over exceeding 600 billion rubles. Those figures c over the existing market and do not represent trading in the five new contracts before their launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The structure also distinguishes these instruments from spot cryptocurrency trading. Investors will gain exposure to index movements, but the contracts will not provide ownership or delivery of BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP or TRX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-broader-market-expansion\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Broader Market Expansion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The move comes as Moscow Exchange continues expanding its perpetual-futures lineup across cryptocurrencies and other asset classes.
