The company introduced the tool on Sept. 17, one day after launching the public mainnet of its Arc blockchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arc Studio aims to reduce the technical work required to move an onchain idea from concept to working application. Circle says the tool can generate frontend interfaces, backend logic, smart contracts, tests and deployment workflows as part of a single development process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch comes as Circle expands Arc beyond blockchain infrastructure into a broader platform for payments, financial applications and agent-driven activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-from-prompts-to-working-applications\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">From prompts to working applications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Developers can describe an application in plain language, then use Arc Studio to generate a full-stack implementation. The tool is designed around Circle&#8217;s blockchain infrastructure rather than functioning as a general-purpose coding assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-key-capabilities-include\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key capabilities include:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Generating smart contracts and application code from natural-language instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building frontend interfaces around existing contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating applications that use Circle&#8217;s stablecoin infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Testing and reviewing generated contracts before deployment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deploying applications to Arc and several other EVM-compatible testnets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Circle says Studio can also work alongside existing developer tools, including Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Developers can therefore use the agent without completely changing their established coding workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-ai-and-stablecoins-converge\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI and stablecoins converge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arc Studio forms part of Circle&#8217;s broader strategy to connect stablecoins with AI-driven economic activity. Arc launched with USDC as its native gas currency and more than 100 applications and institutional or ecosystem builders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Circle has also introduced Arc App Kits, which provide developers with tools for payments, swaps, onramps and yield. Separately, its Agent Stack gives AI agents wallets and infrastructure for holding and moving assets under predefined policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company sees these products as infrastructure for an emerging economy in which software agents can execute financial tasks without constant human intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, AI-generated smart contracts still require careful testing and review.
