The partnership builds on an earlier relationship that began in 2024. Binance has since expanded USDC availability across its ecosystem and has used the stablecoin for corporate treasury operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
USDC ranks among the largest dollar-pegged cryptocurrencies by market value. Circle has increasingly relied on distribution partnerships to expand its circulation and reach, while exchanges benefit from the liquidity and utility that stablecoins bring to their platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new agreement places particular emphasis on emerging markets, where demand for dollar-denominated digital assets has continued to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The $100 million investment also gives Binance direct exposure to Circle’s business as stablecoins become more integrated into crypto trading, payments and financial infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, the companies have continued expanding their relationship beyond basic USDC trading. Binance’s institutional customers gained access to Circle’s USYC tokenized money-market product in 2025, allowing the asset to serve as off-exchange collateral for derivatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
