He likes simple clothes and spending time with his family more than showing off his wealth. People from different parts of his life, like business leaders and his children\u2019s mothers, all wrote about his good qualities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-legal-issues\">Legal Issues<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zhao and his company, Binance, admitted last year to breaking U.S. money-laundering rules and had to pay $4.3 billion in fines. Zhao also stepped down as CEO. Despite these issues, he is still one of the richest people in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The letters from his friends highlight that Zhao is a caring family man and honest businessperson.
