Since last year, the system has enabled banks to link a customer\u2019s fiat and crypto transactions directly, thereby creating a unified regulatory framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consequently, Ilya Bushmelev, director of project portfolio management at Innotech, which collaborates with Rosfinmonitoring on this project, underscored the challenges financial institutions encounter in aligning fiat and crypto transaction monitoring. Galina Kuznetsova, Tinkoff Bank\u2019s Compliance Director, illustrated how the tool enabled the identification of key players in illegal drug trafficking networks by analyzing transaction patterns.
